  1. POR FAVOR necesito saber algo sobre mi vuelo MQM9EW no consigo comunicarme con nadie hace mas de 15 dias que pedi una cancelacion y hoy recebi un correo diciendo que sigue el vuelo sin cancelar. si alguien me puede ayudar
