State of Conformity

The Check My Trip mobile application is partially compliant with the EN 301 549 v3.2.1, the harmonized European standard for accessibility requirements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products and services.

The test methodology used implements the Mobile App Accessibility Assessment Framework (RAAM 1.1).

Check My Trip version: 209.0.12.

Tools used for the accessibility assessment

  1. For Android: Android version 11, TalkBack version 13.5.
  2. For iOS : IOS version 16.3 and VoiceOver.

Inaccessible content

Certain elements within the application currently present accessibility challenges:

  • In some instances, screen readers do not accurately detect the language.
  • Magnification limitations may affect the usability of select buttons and input form fields.
  • Lists on certain pages are not optimally structured.

Efforts are underway to resolve these issues and further enhance the app’s accessibility.
